Physically lock out and tag the conveyor at the power source before installation.

1. Be sure to read the instructions carefully before installing.

2. Inspect and fill the lubricant oil termly as specified.

3. Install motor to reducer.

4. Rotate the height adjuster to the lowest point.

5. Select position for the brush cleaner, then sling the cleaner by steel cable or 12# iron wire via the shaft necks on two sides to make the brush contact conveyor belt, it is necessary to make the brush parallel to conveyor belt.
